Mr. Okello Emmanuel is a Finance officer at Mbarara University of Science and Technology, Grants Office who oversees a number of projects under his arm in terms of financial monitoring, reporting, and administration. Mr. Okello has served in this capacity for a period of Two and a half years which has equipped him with both Local and International financial management experience given the organisation’s setup, Objectives, and obligations.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration-Accounting from Makerere University Business School (MUBS) (2020) and is currently pursuing Certified Public Accountants (CPA) on level 2 from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).
Mr. Okello’s research interests are in Grants Financial Management and Grants Administration.
